Artisan Sourdough – Flagship naturally leavened country loaf. The extended fermentation process allows the dough to develop complex, harmonious flavors with just the right hint of tanginess.

Olive Loaf features Castelvetrano olives. Their butter flavor and meaty texture compliments the fermentation of this sourdough. This specialty loaf is only available on special occasions so jump on it when its here!
Purpose
Bread Bread Bakery started after countless hours searching for(and continuing to search for) the perfect balance of flour, water, and salt. I have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill. I am always adjusting and changing to explore the potential from these simple ingredients.
Local Ingredients
We work with local millers and farmers to source all of the grains that go into our breads and pastries. Our bread is local—from the farmers who harvest our grains and millers who mill our grains, to our bakers who put passion and care into each loaf we make.
